Thank you all for supporting the 2023 Lapan Leadership Summit. This is the week of the big event! Here is the final information for our 2023 Student Sponsors.
1. *OPTIONAL* I want to let you all know that we have changed the requirements for sponsoring a student for the summit due to scheduling conflicts for sponsors.
Sponsors DO NOT need to attend the Shopping event on Weds August 9, 2023 but can if they wish. We will be shopping with students at Dillards Park Place from 4-6 pm and then will be heading over to dinner at the yard house.
2. *MANDATORY* All student sponsors are REQUIRED to attend the Summit Showcase on August 11th at 5:30pm at The Jewish Community Center located at . Here is where you will officially be introduced to your assigned student. If you can no longer attend the showcase please let us know ASAP and you will be switched to a meal sponsor.
3.* MANDATORY* We are asking ALL sponsors to write a letter to your student giving them inspiration for their future endeavors as well as a brief summary about yourself. You have the option to EMAIL the letter to me by August 10th for me to print and bring to the event or you can hand deliver your letter to your student the night of the event. Your student will be very disappointed if they are the only one not to receive a letter.
*MANDATORY* If you have not sent in payment please do so all sponsors need to be paid in full by Tuesday August 9th.
